Actun Tunichil Muknal is near the Tapir Mountain Reserve and and a very well known cave giving visitors the opportunity to discover these surroundings by horse riding or river tubing. These stunning caves date back to the Mayan world in the period 700-900AD when the Mayans used these caves for their ceremonies.

These can be accessed via the Hummingbird Highway a beautiful way to see the locals and the wildlife in Belize.

Tropical Rainforest Adventure

Orange Walk is an ideal place to lap up the rainforest and see tropical wildlife. Here you can see the forest by canoe or you can enjoy some very exciting birdwatching.

Barrier Reef Discovery

After that you can enjoy a trip to the beach and discover the wonders of the barrier reef either by an organised boat trip together with scuba diving or snorkelling or you can take a boat out and enjoy touring the beautiful islands set in the turquoise waters. Belize has three stunning atolls, hundreds species of fish and over 70 types of hard corals and coloured sponges. The amazing dive sites include the famous Blue Hole almost 1000 feet in diameter making up the second largest Barrier Reef in the world.

Ideal spots to book tours and to enjoy this part of the Belize is Ambergris Caye with islands such as Caye Caulker, an island with no cars just golf buggies and foot for transport and a wide arrange of activities to enjoy the barrier reef. Here you can enjoy diving, snorkelling, fishing trips and sailing.

Other islands that can be enjoyed are San Pedro and the area of Placencia, where dolphins can be spotted.
